Mortimer Street

Decimo Project Engineering successfully delivered a full refurbishment of the mechanical services at 27 Mortimer Street, a multi-storey, occupied commercial office building in central London. The project was delivered on a full design and build basis and involved the replacement and upgrade of all core mechanical systems while maintaining continuous operation for existing tenants. A key objective of the project was to modernise the building’s mechanical infrastructure, improve system reliability and efficiency, and ensure minimal disruption to occupiers throughout the construction phase.
